みなさん、｀くまのプーさん(Winnie The Pooh)’が英国の物語だとご存知ですか？
今ディズニー版が有名なので、勘違いされがちですが、プーさんは、イギリス人のA・A・ミルンによってかかれた物語なのです。
また、原作のプーは赤いベストを着ていないのです。
今も、ミルンの住んでいたところ（イングランド南部のハートフィールド）には、ミルンの子ども（クリストファー・ロビンのモデル）が”プースティックス”で遊んだ橋が残っています。
現在、ミルンの孫娘にあたる人が、ハートフィールドの自然を守ためにお金が必要だと言っています。 ちょうどディズニーとアメリカでの版権をもっている人（Slesinger家）が、関連商品についての版権で喧嘩しており、その人から版権を返してもらって、ディズニーに委託することでお金を都合するという条件で裁判を起こしているようです。（BBCニュース）
